And the moment we've all been waiting for...
Congratulations to [OBR]Puchas he has been selected to take one of the most important roles in our server as our Head Community Manager.
It was a hard decision to overcome and finally decided on who to pick to be our next Manager, but I feel completely sure that [OBR]Puchas is the right candidate.
He never argues with others, never causes problems, always reports problems and specific situations to me, is active on the forums checking on Ban Appeals, Reports, and other important topics and information that I do not always have time to cover.
This role is very special to our server as it will allow me and Epic more flexibility and time to fix any present bugs on the server, bring constant new updates and many more things, as [OBR]Puchas would handle a majority of in-game and forum situations. Allowing him into this position is quite helpful to us as it is a necessity to have as the Manager position has the ability to be in charge of Community aspects as for example.
[*] Assuring Community tendencies.
[*] Spoke person for the entire Community and Staff Members.
[*] In-charge of the Staff Team. (With agreement with the Server Owners)
[*] In-charge of server official and unofficial gangs.
[*] Can manage our Forums when Owners are not around.
[*] And much more...
Pretty much he'll be around to solve almost any problem or situation the Community needs help with.
Please NOTE THIS: [OBR]Puchas is in training / trial period mode. Meaning that he is not our FULL MANAGER as of yet. It will take a few days or weeks before he can be titled as our [b]Head Community Manager. This is just to assure I have made the correct decision in choosing our next Manager and assure the Community he will do the appropriate job required. Failure to do so can result in the chosen candidate to be removed from the Manager position and set back as a Head Admin. From there a new Manager will be chosen from our current Head Administrators.[/b]
