GTA SA: DayZ In-Game Server Rules [MUST READ] - Die4Peace - 05-11-2019

This is a list of all our SA:MP Server Rules that must be followed as a Community Player of our DayZ server. Breaching these rules can get you banned from the server.
[*]No Death Evading
~ You may not quit the game in any way to avoid death, this includes '/q', 'pausing/quitting' and 'intentionally crashing your game client'. Leaving while being chased to avoid a fight is also prohibited, this includes leaving the game when you see someone who is about to shoot you.
[*]Ban Evading is Strictly Forbidden
~ Joining the server after being banned or joining the server before a temp-ban on you has expired will result in you being permanently banned from the server when caught.
[*]No Breaching Accounts
You are allowed to use other accounts, BUT you cannot join multiple gangs using various accounts. Any attempt to coerce Administrators into resetting a password that is not yours, exploiting the server to join an account that is not yours, registering for the event multiple times or otherwise joining under any nickname under the one you were given will result in a permanent ban. This also includes using offensive names or re-naming accounts that include hack names/Cleo names.
[*]No Account Sharing
~ You CANNOT sell your account to anyone or you may not let anyone borrow your account. Each player must have their own account when accessing the server. Selling/sharing accounts can get you banned from the server.
[*]No Giving Away Accounts
~ You CANNOT give away your account to anyone or you may not let anyone borrow your account. Do not give out your password to your account to give it to another player. If you created an account, played on it and build a reputation on your account, you ARE NOT allowed to give the account to someone else for any reason. If you are caught giving away an account or if another player is using your old account, the account will be deleted from the server resulting in all of the stats and items in the account to be lost, including VIP. Each player must have their own account when accessing the server. Selling/sharing accounts can get you banned from the server.
[*]No spamming
~ Flooding the public chat, team chat or IRC with repeated messages or random links is not allowed and may result in you being muted or kicked.
[*]Don't use any cheats.
~ Don't use any cheats which gives you many advantages over others. (CLEO's such as, Wallhack, aimbot, airbreak, speed hacks, ammo/weapon hacks, Teleport cheats, are NOT ALLOWED)
~ Anti-AFK or other bots are considered an 'unfair' advantage. You can be banned for it.
[*]Respect Players and Staff
~ Remember to always treat your fellow community members with the proper respect you would like to get treated yourself with. Do not insult or engage in toxic behavior with players and Staff. Use the "Report a Player" & "Report An Admin" section on the Forum for serious problems. Also, use /report in-game to report current rule breakers. Breaking this rule can result in written warnings, mutes, being kicked from the server, and excessive disrespect with result in a temporary ban.
(That includes provoking or teasing players in certain situations to cause discomfort purposely)
[*]No Offensive Language
~ Do not throw hatred to another player or staff member, cursing, public insults, or other forms of offensive language being stated to another player are not allowed. This also includes insulting family, friends, countries or religions of another community member. Failure to follow this rule can result in receiving a strict warning and even banned from the server/forums.
[*]Do Not Argue With Any Staff Members
~ If you have a problem with a Staff Member, do not argue and insult them. This is against the rules and you could be punished with a warning or a kick from the server. If you are having a problem with a staff member, head to the forums and post a complaint against them or directly report them to the Owners and await further action.
[*]No Duplicating
~ Duplicating items in-game is strictly forbidden. This gives you a personal advantage in the game. It is not allowed under any circumstances and can be punished greatly by resulting in a temporary ban.
[*]No Advertising
~ Posting or sharing other servers IP's in order to bait players to another server is strictly forbidden. This includes linking other servers Forum or other Discord channels not associated with DayZ. Doing this will result in a temporary ban or even a permanent one.
[*]No Bug Abuse/Exploits
~ We do not treat players who abuse script bugs in our server nicely. If you find a bug or an exploit in the server make sure to report it in the 'Bug Reports' section! Abusing this bug or exploiting it is illegal and breaching our server rules. This will result in a temporary ban from the server. It is not allowed under any circumstances.
[*]No Pausing During Play Time.
~ Pausing to AFK, which may stop your character from being killed is not allowed. If you must AFK please leave the server and return when you are ready to play. (Pausing to avoid death is also forbidden, if caught doing this it may result in a warning, a kick, or possibly a temporary ban)
[*]No SA:MP Bug/Glitch Abusing
~ Bug abusing includes, C-bug, slide bug, and any other SA:MP glitches that may give your character a personal advantage over others. Abusing these bugs and glitches will result in a warning, that may lead up to a temporary ban. (BMX huge jump is allowed)
[*]No C4 in or near Black Markets -- No /tie or /handcuff players in the Blackmarket
~ Players who are in the Black Market deserve a fair chance to leave it alive, thus usage of C4 (instant kill) in and around Black Markets is prohibited. You are also not allowed to /tie or /handcuff players inside of BM (inability to move) What is considered near BM? The front entrance and area near the front entrance around 50 meters. Also the interior of BM.
[*]No crafting or building inside of Public Bases. Your Builder status will be removed. It is not allowed. You ARE ALLOWED to place your Private Tent inside Public Bases.
[*]No crafting or building 100 meters near Black Markets, Hospitals, Police Departments, or Public Bases.
[*]Do not use rival official Gangs Skins.
~ No one is allowed to use /setskin or any other form of skin changing to use a rival Official Server Gangs official gang skin. The reason people use this is to trick gang members into thinking they are their team/gang-mates and can be considered disruptive and unfair. It is not allowed and can be punishable with 1st: a warning and if caught again a 1-3 day server ban.
[*]No Illegal ped.ifp
~ You are NOT ALLOWED to use any spriting animation that allows you to sprint while holding a gun. You are ALLOWED to use any ped.ifp unless it gives you an advantage such as infinite run/stamina or allows you to run in areas you normally would not be able to.
[*]Attacking Admins On Duty
~ "Admins On Duty" - When an Admin announces to the entire server via Admin Announcement chat that they are ON DUTY. That means they are assisting a new player by instructing them/giving them a basic tutorial, they are also conducting an investigation on a server bug or glitch or any other things that might effect the server and an Administrator must stop their current in-game play time in order to investigate it or assist a new player.
-Admins On Duty must not stay on duty all day, just for a few minutes to conduct their investigation.
-If you are an active player/old time player on the server and you know that an Admin has announced they are ON DUTY and you purposely track them down, attack or kill them on purpose to ruin what they are doing you will be warned, multiple warn breaching of this rule can get you temporarily banned for 2-5 days.
[*]No macroing / illegal software
~ Any method of automating tasks for any gain whatsoever in general is prohibited. (i.e. automatics fishing)

[*]Interiors/Black Market Abuse
You aren't allowed to use C4s or Tents inside the interiors that were introduced recently or neither Black Market interiors! You are only allowed to kill other players in the interiors, not with C4s.
[*]Anything abused used in-game or added to your game as a mod to give yourself an unfair advantage is prohibited.

I have removed the ped.ifp rule. You're allowed to use almost any ped.ifp you'd like (Including the one Rema/Drakath have)
Be cautious with the type of animations you add. We don't want to confuse you with the Flash and get you accidentally banned.

- Ok so its time for you to remove those sprinting animations. Yes i know all of you will be angry and yelling and throwing cups on your monitor full of nice, hot, topped chocolate u wanted to taste. But hey these ped.ifps are really disturbing for those that dont have them, alot of players dont know about it and those that do are taking advantage of it. I have monitored some activities (and from past experience not long ago) that most of the running animations u use include:
- Infinite Stamina
- Running in Interiors
- Running with Guns in hands for easy pvp.
Just from the fact of number 1 any admin has FULL RIGHT to ban you for infinite stamina if you are using such a mod so dont go whining that its allowed because duh u use a cheat called infinite stamina and Logic wins here.
I will give all of you 240 hours to remove these mods (10 days). IF somebody is caught using it they will be banned for 5 days.
Im sorry but its for the Fairness of all players.

~ Some players like to enter bases during a Loot Respawns, which temporarily removed the walls for a quick second. Entering a Crafted Base to take vehicles, loot, or kill a player hiding inside the base when the walls disappear is NOT ALLOWED. This will be considered abusing from server side problems. This includes fishing or any other activity that is automated in any way.
Warnings apply until this has been added to the official server rules as can be seen ingame with /rules.
A one-day ban applies for those who are caught after the rules are updated ingame.
